Delivery
Most of our items can be packed and delivered to you via our delivery partners.
Our standard delivery charge is £12 per order, however some specific items have a higher delivery charge due to their size.
These items are Hoops ( 2 foot and 3 foot), and our large hurdles. These have a standard delivery charge of £20. These have to be packed in a regular shaped box and we are charged on volume not weight.
Unfortunately Flower Towers and obelisks remain unsupported for national delivery. However, we may be able to deliver these items to you if you are in Lincolnshire or a neighbouring county (excluding Yorkshire). Please email with your address to enquire further.
Collecting your items
You are welcome to collect your plant supports from us, around eight miles south of Grantham, We are located in the South of Lincolnshire with easy access to Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, and Cambridgeshire.
If you would like to collect your order, please purchase as usual through the website, selecting “Store Pick Up” at checkout to remove the delivery charge. We will then contact you to arrange a collection appointment.
If paying using ApplePay / GooglePay and you wish to collect your order, please change the shipping method to collection on your devices payment screen.
Using Express Checkout (ApplePay / GooglePay)
Please be aware when using these payment methods, the address input (and therefore the calculation of delivery charge) is carried out automatically. The delivery charge may be added to your cart total in the background whilst your device is performing the necessary security checks. Please check the final order value prior to authorising payment.
Recycled packaging?
Here at Lincolnshire Plant Supports we aim to use as little plastic as possible. We do not purchase any plastic packaging materials. We may however reuse plastic packaging materials that are supplied to us, rather than throw it away.
We may also reuse cardboard materials that have been supplied to us for packaging and void fill functions to ensure our products reach you in the best possible condition.

Returns Policy
At Lincolnshire Plant Supports, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. As part of this commitment, we offer a 14-day returns policy on all items purchased from our website. This means that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for our customers. Should you wish to return products ordered from us, please contact us before sending the items.
The purchaser will be responsible for covering the return postage costs. Refunds will only be issued once items have been received.
